As part of Women’s History Month and 10 Days RE:Her, HLAY will transform into a pizzeria (!!) kissed with some Japanese flair. The women restaurateurs of two of our favorite Los Angeles restaurants, Ronan and OTOTO, owned by Caitlin Cutler and Courtney Kaplan, respectively, will join us for a ONE-NIGHT-ONLY PIZZA PARTY. Ronan’s outdoor pizza ovens will roll down to KTOWN! And for years, Courtney’s been telling us that pizza’s best secret pairing is … sake. So there will be lotsa sake all night long, and you can expect a specialty HLAY pizza, an OTOTO pizza and a never-before-seen Ronan pizza. Plus, many unique sides! Shout-out to our chef fellas, Jonathan, Charles and especially Daniel, for making this happen. *chef’s kiss three times*
